I wish I was able to give this the 5 star we were hoping for! We went into Floors and Extras to look at new vinyl plank for our kitchen and dining room, we had thick old tile and the grout lines were horrendous so we wanted to see what kind of vinyl plank we could get without having to self level it or anything crazy. Our sales guy was great, and sold us on what seemed to be wicked flooring, he even gave my husband a piece and said check out how solid those edges are they will hold up no prob. Well within 1 year we are having to look at replacing it all, the seams are all splitting and the vinyl is actually ripping off in strips and gets caught on socks or the vacuum. I called in and spoke to a supervisor a couple months ago and he was going to get back to me by the end of that week and I haven’t heard anything…

Needed a vinyl plank with the appropriate moisture backing. Ruzell who was quick to welcome me on the sales floor, was very professional and knowledgeable. I told him my requirements and preferred pricing and he came with the perfect samples within minutes. He even made sure it had the appropriate vapour and moisture membrane for my application. I have been to many stores and manufacturers shops across the GTA. Nothing comes close to Floors and Extras service, quality and knowledge.
I have happily made them my go to supplier and will happily recommend the next contractor to give them a try. Give Ruzell a call, he's the man

After a terrible experience at another store, I was on a tight deadline for our home renovations and worried my family visiting from overseas wouldn’t have a place to stay. Ethan immediately stepped in, took my vision as his own, and went above and beyond to make everything happen. Not only did he have our materials ready ASAP, but he also offered incredible suggestions that made our home even more beautiful than I imagined.

I had such a great experience at this store! It’s my go-to place in Sudbury for building supplies and renovation supplies. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through everything I needed for my kitchen project. Shout out to Ethan who provided top notch service and was so kind and patient through the entire process. They carry a fantastic selection of tile supplies and kitchen supplies, all high quality and fairly priced. It’s so convenient to have such a well-stocked store near me—I’ll definitely be coming back for future renovations!
