I recently had a fantastic experience with Mega Tiles! They have an incredible selection of ceramic tiles, flooring, luxury vinyl plank, and laminate flooring, all at really great prices. It was easy to find exactly what I needed for my project, and the quality of their products exceeded my expectations. What truly stood out, though, was their amazing customer service — Mike and Mark are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend Mega Tiles to anyone looking for beautiful flooring options at unbeatable prices!

Visited the store at the recommendation of my co-worker. Such a great show room. Micheal and staff were very welcoming. After a few visits ending up finding an affordable option which worked well for my small bathroom tile project (ceppo di gre bianco). There was a problem with my order delivery and Micheal had it corrected asap. Great customer service.
