We had our front entrance renovated. Thank you John, Sylvain, Daryl, Steve, Brodie, Brock,. Dylan for the excellent work. John, your sales team, and installation teams are above par. They were courteous, efficient, professional and did excellent work. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs flooring, railings, carpets. Kudos to all.
Purchased a SalDan built home that had flooring from Surface Design and Decor and the previous owner told us that the upstairs flooring was faulty and replaced in under 2 years. The newly replaced flooring started to crack and split the same way the original flooring did and when we approached SalDan about they told us to reach out to the store and it wouldn’t be a problem they would take care of it. We contacted the store and were put in touch with the salesman that provided the flooring for our home and we explained that the flooring was already replaced but was doing exactly what the original flooring did and he said we would need to provide pictures which we did. The salesman got back to us and said we would need to speak to the manager and when we did, he stated that there was nothing he could do there must’ve been a moisture issue in the house. I highly recommend staying away from the store. They did absolutely nothing to help us out even though they admitted it was their flooring that had the issue the first time, and even though the flooring did the exact same thing, they refuse to help us in any way.
This place should have a 10 star. They are by far the bestselling place in town of Sudbury and area. They are friendly and go the extra mile to stay in budget and they make you feel comfortable with everything. The amount of options are amazing and quality is just mind blowing. I would recommend they to anyone.
