I had an outstanding experience with S&G Carpets replacing carpet on my stairs and two bedrooms. When an issue arose with the carpet, Mike went above and beyond to ensure it was corrected and that the installation met my approval. The installation team was prompt, efficient, and did excellent work. I have contracted with S&G several times and have never been disappointed. Their sales force is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great selection of materials. The timing to get the materials, this time around, took a little longer, but that’s the nature of the times. Once they had the material the rest of the process went well. We had a minor problem after the install which was handled quickly once we told the company about it. They stand by they work. And in the end this is what I value most in a company, their customer service. I would use S&G again for my flooring needs .
I've gotten great pricing on BEAUIFUL laminate wood flooring from S&G Carpet in Cupertino. The young woman who answered the phone was patient, efficient, and got the job done right. I had some problems at first when I was installing the planks (the first time for me) and called to ask about it. The woman who answered the phone had installers call me the next morning. They called and listened to the issues. One of the installers offered to stop over to take a look and show me how to install the planks correctly. He was VERY helpful! After he left, I was able to start on the project again, and this time it worked perfectly!! Thank you S&G Carpet personnel! This is the second time in 25 years that I've bought flooring products from S&G Carpet, for two different houses, and I remembered the great service and products from the first time. I always recommend them.
