We recently bought a house with 5 different floor coverings. We were nervous about pulling the trigger to redo the whole house but after meeting with Jarod at Encore we were set at ease this was the right choice. All the reviews the get are deserved.The choices - Encore has a showroom and will help you choose just the right floor within your budget.The company - locally owned. No pushy sales.The crew- professional, experienced and left the house clean and ready for living.The work - they did a great job on prep. It's all in the prep. They found layers of flooring that was very difficult to remove. Then they sanded the floors smooth and leveled where needed. The LVP seams are tight and layout was great. We were surprised after they were done to walk into the house that was so clean. They took care to protect cabinets from dust by taping the off with plastic sheeting and cleaned up after themselves. (Pictures before final cleanup)Oh. I totally forgot. The removed all the base trim and replaced it with new. Did a great finish job on those too.For compaison, the painters came in after and that crew didn't give a hoot to take care of the property. Did a great job on the paint but left us a mess.
Wow, Encore Floors, you guys are absolutely amazing! You’ve got a customer for life now, no joke. The reasons you shine are simple: your simplistic approach and your super friendly customer service. We’ve been window shopping at those big box stores and watching all those flashy TV commercials, and honestly, it was just overwhelming with way too many options and definitely some pushy sales pitches that turned us off.But then, with a recent change in my wife’s job, we saw it as the perfect excuse to give new flooring another shot. So, we filled out your contact form on the Encore Floors website, and before we knew it, we had an in-house appointment scheduled. When Jarod arrived, it was honestly like something straight out of an Apple commercial; simple, polished, and so professional. He looked at our tile and wall colors, then headed back to his truck and brought out two sample boards.In just 20 minutes, we had made our choices and got a quote, so easy and stress-free, it actually made it exciting! And get this, no high-pressure sales tactics whatsoever. The crews for the luxury vinyl and carpet installs were insanely quick, super friendly, and so professional. Oh, and a few weeks after the install, Linda from Encore Floors even dropped by with a candle and cleaning spray to check in, see if we had any questions, and make sure we loved everything, that’s just the kind of thoughtful touch that makes all the difference.Seriously, you guys made the whole experience a joy from start to finish! Encore Floors - a terrific experience from start to finish. Great advice when selecting carpet, timely delivery and the installation duo were wonderful. Used caution when removing furnishings and made sure I was happy with the placement back in rooms again. Great company and great employees!
