Terrific experience with this store! Our salesman, Joe, at the East Syracuse store was great. Low pressure sales approach, but always available to answer questions and help. The whole process was easy, fast, efficient, and low-stress. Delivery team was fantastic. Installation took about 3 hours for 3 bedrooms. Our rugs look and feel amazing; the whole family loves them. ??
