I love the carpet I bought from them. I've been using it for a year and I'm very happy with it. The only issue I had was at the time of purchase, I ended up working with few different sales people since my initial sales guy was on medical leave and took a while to close the deal and when I did, the price for the installation changed. But after a few times calling the store, they took care of it.
