Very happy with our service. From Katie Grace to the installation team, everything was top-notch. Katie Grace came out to measure very quickly and we had an estimate and installation set up very efficiently. The installation crew was neat and professional. They cleaned the cement after removing our old carpet before laying down a fresh new pad and our new carpet!!Katie Grace measured all of our rooms so I will be planning on getting the last two rooms done as well.
We recently bought a home with very old, outdated carpet in all the bedrooms and knew we wanted it replaced before moving in. We reached out to Brian Barnard’s, and they were reasonably priced and got us scheduled very quickly. The installation team was professional, on time, and did excellent work. The new carpet looks amazing and feels great.A special thank you to Katie, our salesperson, who was awesome throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. We’re extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!

I had such a great experience with this company! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Katie Grace was especially wonderful — she went above and beyond to make sure I understood all my options, helped me choose the perfect carpet for my home, and made the whole process enjoyable. She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. She also understood that I was in a time crunch with my installation and she scheduled the installation for as soon as possible! The installation team was also prompt and did a beautiful job. My floors look amazing! I highly recommend this company — and definitely ask for Katie Grace if you can!
Doesn't stand behind their warranty. Been contacting them for years. They sent Jacob Gray to fix. He wasted 2 boxes of my flooring. Used liquid nails on LVT that is supposed to be a floating floor? Cut a/c vent hole too big, left a place where his mallet broke flooring. They say they are going to fix but never follow through, never hear from them. . My flooring in three places is held down by duct tape. Pitiful service! Never shop there!!
