After weeks of frustration, Georgia Floors Direct absolutely saved the day.

We originally went with one of the big box stores, big mistake. They subcontracted the carpet install to someone who kept delaying, rescheduling, and pushing us off week after week. Six plus weeks later, we still had no carpet and zero confidence it was ever going to happen.

At that point, we started looking elsewhere and found Georgia Floors Direct. Best decision we made. Not only did they have the exact perfect carpet we were looking for, but the entire team was incredibly kind, helpful, and easy to work with from the moment we walked in.

Here’s the part that really blew us away, they got the carpet installed the very next day. After being strung along for over a month and a half, Georgia Floors Direct stepped in and handled everything quickly and professionally.

If you want real customer service, honest people, and results without excuses, do yourself a favor and go straight to Georgia Floors Direct in Tallahassee. Skip the big box headaches and work with a local company that actually delivers. Highly, highly recommend
