Call was great called them early morning to check and see if they cut custom carpet sizes first lady was very polite and transferred me to another who was also a delight. Confirmed they could cut my custom size, 30x30 then drove on in.

Floor person was probably the rudest employee I've ever encountered, talking down to me and mocking me when I mentioned the carpet size. Told him I called and confirmed earlier then he started getting more upset and hostile for some reason. Confirmed the number with him and told him it was two women I spoke to, an operator and someone from the warehouse I assume, he then got even more upset saying it's not possible no women work there just him.

So I left and tried to call back to speak to the warehouse again, he hangs up on me twice, then on the third gets all upset I wanted to speak to the warehouse then tells me he spoke to her and I never mentioned size.

No idea what he's going through at the moment but calling someone a liar...while lying to them yourself, mocking them and talking down to them over what was potentially just a miscommunication is wild to say the least. Especially while he's white-knuckling that huge stick and getting redder and redder in the face.

I literally cannot say enough good things about America’s Finest Carpet (AFC.) This company exceeded all expectations at every step and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone.

Before contacting AFC, I had gotten a quote and agreed to an install by one of the “big box” home improvement stores. I won’t go into detail, but I will say that America’s Finest Carpet did everything the big box store promised to do, at a better price, all while delivering superior customer service.

Left in a bind by the previous company, I called AFC on a Thursday to ask if they offer Saturday installs, which thankfully they do. I was assisted by a gentleman named Arthur who was very knowledgeable and provided exemplary customer service. Less than an hour after leaving the showroom, Arthur himself was at my house taking measurements to provide a quote. I had a quote less than an hour later.

Somehow, despite the carpet being the same price from both companies, and the “big box” home improvement store offering free installation - Americas Finest Carpet was $200 less expensive. I agreed to the price and Arthur assured me he would reach out the next morning to schedule the install.

Without fail, Arthur called me right on time and got the install scheduled exactly when I needed it. He followed up with me several times days before the install, keeping me in the loop on the installers anticipated arrival time.

Sure enough, the installer showed up exactly when Arthur said he would. I met Rodolfo, who despite being there solely to install the carpet, demonstrated the same world-class professionalism and customer service that I had experienced thus far.

Rodolfo had the job completed in exactly the time he estimated - about 1.5 hours. And he did an EXCELLENT job! I never thought I would be excited about carpet, but Rodolfo’s level of talent, expertise, and craftsmanship was phenomenal. I was stoked.

Arthur called me about an hour after the install to follow up and make sure I was satisfied with the job. Incredible customer care, from start to finish. I cannot thank him, Rodolfo, and Americas Finest Carpet enough.

If you need flooring, trust me - don’t waste your time with one of the big box stores. Americas Finest Carpet will do a better job, for a better price, and with infinitely better customer service.

Art, the store manager, went out of his way to measure, price out and find products available to fit our time schedule. His customer service was top notch, returning calls and attending meetings. Pedro and his team's installation was professional and accommodating, no quality control issues.

We visited a few carpet companies and even had a competitor come to our home to give us a free estimate but we were so happy to have chosen to do business with AFC Co. Their staff was very professional and friendly. Especially Arthur (Art) who did the measurements in our home although it was already near closing hours and even going above and beyond when he came in to work on a Sunday so that we can sign the contract in order to have the carpet installed that same week – we were in a rush to get the carpet before the furniture arrived. The scheduler (Norma) was so accommodating, typically stairs will take another day to install but after we explained our situation she made sure that we got a 3 man team to complete the install in 1 day (instead of 2). On the day of the installation, Frank’s team was so awesome… they were very professional and efficient. They made quick work of my 2500 sqft home and was done earlier than I even anticipated.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! After going through a week of run around with Lowes and their 72 hour promises, we decided to try America's Finest; we couldn't be happier! Robert greeted us and after telling him about our annoyance with Lowe's, he let us know we had come to the right place! Arthur was able to get our measurements and schedule their quickest install within 2 hours of walking in the door! Our carpet was fully installed in 36 hours!!!
