Such a great experience! We met with Ron and Claire at their showroom. They were very knowledgeable and helped us find the flooring with in our budget that we loved. A few days later their crew was at our house and completed the demo and even started installing the new floor on day 1. Three days later we had beautiful new floors. Bryan and Darren were our installers and they were absolute professionals. I have several more projects planned in the future and they are the only ones I will use. I highly recommend.

From start to finish, Ron and Claire were fantastic to work with. They were always friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the process clearly, and make sure I felt confident in my decision.

The installation team truly went above and beyond. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they took the extra time to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. You can tell they take real pride in their work. The finished floor looks incredible and completely transformed my home.

If you’re looking for quality workmanship, great communication, and a team that genuinely cares about the end result, I highly recommend On The Level Flooring.

From the first call with Claire, to meeting Ron for the quote, and working with Jesse and his team for the install, our experience with On The Level Flooring has been a complete 5 star experience!! They are all so knowledgeable and take great care in their craft. The floors are gorgeous and all of the tricky areas that seemed as though they would present a problem for install were navigated beautifully. And don’t get me started on the demo crew, I swear there were some areas in my home that may have been left more clean than they were before the demo crew removed the tile. I couldn’t believe it! All in all, I would highly recommend using On The Level flooring for any of your flooring needs!!
