From when I went into the showroom to look at floors and met Nash to the very end; I could not be happier with this company. The crew that did my floors (John, Noah, Jared, and the other guys :) ) They moved the furniture carefully but quickly, demo and installation were all flawless. The walls in my house have never met a ninety degree angle and yet Jared’s trim work was unbelievable. Every detail. Johns work on the fireplace tiles was also worth mentioning. The lines are gorgeous. They never left a mess, and they were very professional. Thank you all so much, I appreciate your time and efforts. I highly recommend Precision Flooring!!
Had LVP flooring installed in 2020 so it’s been 5 years. We have multiple places that the boards are lifting and cracking, boards are separating as if the tongue where they snap together is breaking. My wife called Jonh and he stated it was not under warranty. He was short, and condescending with his response, he was no help at all. Had someone else come and do the repairs. The guy who did repairs said it should have had a moisture barrier and that was most likely why there is so many lifting and broken boards. Spend thousands of dollars for flooring that only last 5 years and did not wanna offer any solutions to our problem.
