Jonah and the entire team at MFCO are the best in the valley! We wanted to get our stairs redone from carpet to LVP. Jonah is extremely knowledgeable with all materials, products, and the business itself. He was able to order a specific brand flooring we had found on our own, and get it delivered and installed in a very timely fashion. Kristen is very sweet and always smiling at the front desk, and was always there to help along the way with whatever we needed. I couldn’t be more happier with the team, and I will never go anywhere else for our flooring needs. We shopped and received quotes from 4 other stores out there, and MFCO was by far the cheapest of them all. Overall, when you talk to Jonah in person, he will make you feel like you’ve made the right decision, and with the right company. Arnold came to install and he definitely knows what he’s doing. The stairs came out 110% perfect and if I could give MFCO 20/10 stars I would.
We worked with Zac on what we thought would be a large flooring job—replacing the office carpet. Zac was wonderful and set very realistic expectations for our project, making what felt like a daunting process seem easy. The installation crew, led by Saul, could not have been better! They were quick, clean, efficient, and above all, very professional.We couldn’t be happier with the results and the service we received. I cannot be happier with the service provided by Manufacturers Floor Covering Outlet. Our sales representative Cody was the absolute best! He was so patient with me (as I changed my mind 100 times). They put in LVP floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. The project was 100% on point. The installers were prompt, professional, and tidy too!
