Jeff would get 10 Stars if they were available! I had Jeff (the Owner) perform carpet stretching for me over 15 years ago and he did an outstanfing job in terms of cost, schedule and Quality of work. This past week I had McFarland & Son install carpeting in our house and he was "johnny on the Spot" with VERY quick turnaround time from providing an immediate estimate arriving at the house on time as promised and then installing the carpet on time as promised! Once again, the cost, schedule and quality of work was 2nd to none! I am also an AZ Licensed General Contractor and I can tell you that I typically can't find ANYONE that delivers "as promised" the way Jeff does! When you don't want to waste your time an more importantly your hard earned dollars, look no further than McFarland and Son Flooring...like I said, TEN STARS!!! And if you look at any of my other Google or Yelp reviews, I am typically a very tough Grader with less than 5 Stars for a variety of reasons typically based on lack of performance, poor Quality or Customer Service or Cost!
Jeff McFarland not only did an excellent job repairing my mom’s carpeting, he was also friendly and kind. Made my elderly Mom feel very comfortable while he was working. Might have him do a job at our own house next.
McFarland and Son Flooring promptly helped us get our carpet stretched within 2 days of calling. They did an excellent job and followed up with photos of completed work while we were away.
The receptionist was great. She managed my initial request plus kept me posted all along the process. Jeff was great. On time, friendly and respectful. Did a great job. I highly recommend them! Price was way less than 2 other quotes.
McFarland & Son are awesome to work with and they saved us a lot of money! After having our carpets cleaned the carpets developed large wrinkles. We were panicking but they said to just wait a day or two and they should be fine. They were correct, the wrinkles were gone. We did have Jeff come out and inspect a couple suspicious areas which he was able to fix no problem. We highly recommend them!
