Knowing Ron for many years makes doing business with him was more than a business deal. He is a wonderful and involved local business owner who lives his reputation. His staff are all well trained and very pleasant. Vanessa and Mande took care of all of the details from billing to scheduling, and Marcelo and his crew did a great job of installing, coordinating with our painting crew so all went smoothly. They did a great job on my floor. I did have to be aggressive with getting a quote quickly because I was on a time crunch. There was a miscommunication with the guys laying the floor that the old floor needed to be removed. I wasn’t super impressed with the quarter round paint job but other than all of that I’m very pleased with the outcome and do recommend them for your flooring needs.
