I haven't finished my floor project with Barrett yet, but I want to first say that he's a friendly and chill contractor. He is a young dad and entrepreneur, and responded very quickly to my request for an estimate, and was at my house the next morning.

I even requested something outside his scope of work, and instead of just saying no, he got me connected with someone down the road who could perform that function. He wasn't pushy about anything, or trying to sell me upgrades or service subscriptions on a tablet like any of these other big contractors who have been swallowed up by private equity in the past 5 or so years.

There are a lot of contractors who are unfriendly and just not pleasant to talk to or do business with, so it was a very welcome surprise to talk with a friendly independent contractor.

You will not be disappointed. My history includes home building, remodels, and flipping. My family has dealt with many subcontractors for over 50 years. Barrett @ Floored far exceeds all. He and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and efficient. We were given an estimate of start and finish dates, and they were right on target. No slackers here. They removed old tile and carpet from the entire house and replaced it with wood looking porcelain tile planks. I had a vision of what I wanted, and Tammy pulled some beautiful samples and made my vision a reality. She and Barrett were very helpful and great at communicating and updating me. I absolutely love the new tile. I'm "FLOORED"!
