WE ARRANGED FOR THEM TO HANDLE SOME MEDICAL OFFICE FLOOR REPAIRS AND THEY ASKED FOR THE PAYMENT UPFRONT AND THEN STOPPED RESPONDING TO ANY COMMUNICATION. WE DROVE BY THEIR BUSINESS AND IT DOESN'T LOOK OPEN, EVER.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Jamie, the owner, went above and beyond to help me get the tile I needed to finish a bathroom project. I had a problem ordering the tile locally, as it needed to be ordered through a contractor. I called The Best Little Floorhouse In Texas, Jamie was able to order the tile I needed and get it to me in plenty of time to not hold up my bathroom project. I highly recommend working with Jamie and supporting her family owned business.
My parents prepaid them weeks ago for the supplies to come fix her floor and she has called every day since then and they don’t respond. There’s some message saying they have had some emergency but someone should be there to answer the calls at least. She is seeking legal council now. They need to either refund her money or come fix the floor. Do not use this company!!So as an update to your response. It is NOT bullying when someone posts their experience on a review site. That’s what the review section is for. We understand that emergencies happen but you can still communicate with customers. Instead of not believing in someone being honest about how they feel that have been treated by a company, you should believe in better customer service and not taking money from people, and disappearing for weeks after my parents have torn the room apart waiting for you to come. You only contacted them after I posted the review. This has been going on since ‘November. It’s sad that you care more about me taking the review down than u do doing right by your customers. Then you refuse to even do the job after she waited weeks because of MY post. I’m fine with it because I’d rather her spend money at a company that knows how to respond. As long as she gets her refund there won’t be any more issues. You have a blessed day.
I am so in love with my new Cali Bamboo floors. My husband and I did quite a bit of shopping around before choosing "The Best Little Floorhouse in Texas" to install our floors. Our first contact at the store, we received superb customer service from Nicole, she was so delightful to work with. From ordering samples, keeping us updated on delivery dates, setting an installation start date, she was the best. We were also happy with the installation team. Dwayne and his crew were very respectful, punctual and professional. We would also like to give a big shout out to the owner, Jamie.
Excellent customer service with attention to our needs, budget, and timeline. Jamie was an absolute pleasure to work with and showed that she really cared about us as the customer. From first discussions with Nicole (who is also great to work with!) in the showroom to installation was only a matter of days. I was also working through the big-box stores for estimates and their turnaround for everything was much slower and would take several weeks to get installed. Jamie knew we needed carpet quickly and provided the personal level of customer service that I needed at a fantastic price. Thank you, Jamie! The Best Little Floorhouse in Texas will be our first and only stop for our future flooring needs!
