I would avoid this company. After the initial estimate it was close to a month before the flooring and carpet was installed. They ordered too little of the carpet, and left a piece completely bare saying they needed to go order a 1 foot section of it. It's been 2 months of trying to get them to come install it since and I've been unable to do it. They won't allow me to speak with management, and continue to tell me they have a working coming to fix it.Comment: After leaving a negative review, the owner Art contacted me personally and had the issue resolved immediately. Excellent service from Art and I would recommend working directly with him.
Anthony and his team created an excellent overall experience. He was kind, great vibe, very helpful and knowledgeable. Communication was right on. Timing was better than expected.The installation team with Enrique was excellent. I’m very happy with the result. I had carpet installed in 3 bedrooms. It looks great and feels great. The team gave care and attention to detail. They even cleaned up inside the home and outside very well.I would use this Alpine business again and would highly recommend their product and service.
I contacted Alpine last summer regarding flooring. Anthony was really helpful and patient. I didn't purchase until about a month ago but during all those months he was always there to help and advise. Enrique, who installs is an amazing perfectionist. He does it perfectly the first time. If as a buyer you want a reliable, efficient, and reasonably priced company, make the call to Alpine!
Alpine one Carpet came through for us, we needed to have carpet installed on our stairs within a week! Art graciously said he could accommodate us, I met him at their warehouse and went to their store where we met Anthony. I choose carpet samples to take home, Which we had for a couple days my husband and I decided and gave them the order and two days later they were at Our Home installing carpet on our stairs. they’re installer was very nice. Did an excellent job cleaned up, Anthony came by to check on the job no pressure they were more concerned, we were happy and satisfied with everything. We will only be using Alpine Carpet one in Thousand Oaks in the future and refer them to friends and family. Thank you again Art and Anthony!
