She met with me at my house to see the area that we wanted re-floored and then met with me several times at the store to look at samples and see what might work best. She was very thorough through the entire process and I knew what to expect at all times.
We had carpeting removed and Vinyl Plank Flooring put in.

We just replaced all the flooring in our new-to-us two story home with a beautiful luxury vinyl. There was a mix of ceramic tile, two different hardwoods, linoleum and carpet in this older home. Missy was great to work with! Her knowledge of products, specs and process is impressive. The measurements she took were on point and she gave us an accurate estimate so there were no surprises. Ricardo and his install team were professional and highly skilled. They worked quickly but meticulously to knock it out. Before install he came by and discussed the project and assessed the situation. While on-site he checked in twice daily to address our questions and see if there were any problems or concerns. Overall, everyone involved exceeded my expectations which is tough to do! I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend Flooring 101 and the TO team.

From beginning to end, Keressa and the Flooring 101 team (Thousand Oaks location) were great. Even had a small problem after install that Keressa took care of promptly. I ordered many samples and my indecisions never seemed to matter. Once I decided from ordering to install ~ fast! I am in love with my new carpet! I would return to this location and Keressa if ever needed again! Thank you for my gorgeous new carpet! I am thrilled!
