I like the carpet. It was well installed. The person I dealt with was fine, but I admit to being a little annoyed that the thank you card from them asking for this review was addressed to my husband, when I was the person who called or emailed them every time. Just every day sexism I guess.

Great customer service (particularly Keressa) through the whole process. She met with me at my house to see the area that we wanted re-floored and then met with me several times at the store to look at samples and see what might work best. She was very thorough through the entire process and I knew what to expect at all times.
We had carpeting removed and Vinyl Plank Flooring put in.
