The biggest thank you to Pat on Friday June 28 I came in with closet doors to have cut to match new doors for my closets. I did call the day before & was told to bring them in it would probably take a few days which was no problem. When talking with Pat who does the door cutting he said it’s set up as appointments & because he was going on holidays for a week starting on Friday at 5:30 I wouldn’t get them till the following week. I was disappointed with this news he had said he was busy with doors ahead of me but would try no promises. Well he made my day & a few hours later called & the doors were done !! Amazing service from him & the staff.Very knowledgeable & helpful.Thank you Pat your customer service is above & beyond . I will be back with 2 more doors & trim to purchase . ??????

Evrytime I deal with the staff at windsor they are so knowledgeable and friendly. I dealt with Chris today and even though I didn't buy anything he took the time to see what I was looking for. And in these stressful times we are in that goes a long way. I say this because I called another lumber store. And the guy on the phone said he would have to order a trailer load...didn't even want to give me a price. Sad. So to the guys at windsor, keep up the great work.....Thanks guys.
