Stunning work, I highly recommend Floorcraft Designs! They gave me an absolutely flawless finished floor and at a fair price. They completely finished the job in less than 3 days. The job was minimal dust because the crews thoroughly vacuumed after and covered all my furniture up while working. Michael and everyone at the company were very knowledgable, helpful and polite! 11/10 experience! Amazing job.

The process was seamless. Business conducted by all was professional. To say I’m pleased with the outcome is an understatement. From my first to my last contact, I have nothing but rave reviews. Floorcraft Designs has a loyal customer for life! We found ourselves 30+ days into a large refinishing hardwood floors project with another contractor; it was not going well, and looked very bad. Our home was built in 1936 and has lovely floors. Michael walked through our front door and professionally examined the state of the floors, he let us point out things to him, he did not bash anyone, he made eye contact, he expressed empathy, he offered to serve us in any way we needed; whether it was a written professional opinion of the job from the current contractor, or getting the job himself. He confidently promised us beautiful floors, should we decide to hire his company to make the situation right. We made the decision to hire Floorcraft Designs to start over on our project from the beginning [side note: if you have ever lived through having your floors sanded and refinished, you know this was not an easy decision!] Michael worked us into their very packed schedule. Then, John showed up, as promised, and worked so very hard for three weeks. Due to working us in, John had to work some late nights and/or weekends. Each time, he communicated his timing and asked if that would be OK for us. He was so professional, respectful, kind, trustworthy, meticulous, and, above all, he held so much pride in his work. The outcome? Our floors are gorgeous. Stunning. Perfect. Please save yourself the hassle of working with another contractor. Oh, and since I have the unique perspective of comparison ...and this is pretty important ... the sanding and staining process done by Floorcraft Designs was BY A MILE less dusty, more clean, and, had much less harmful fumes than the other company. If you want your floors done right, in a timely manner, by a company with customer satisfaction as a very high company value ... Floorcraft Designs is the only place you need to look. Highly recommend Floorcraft Designs. I was given a start date - and they improved on it. I was anticipating a lot of dust - and due to their high quality dust container I couldn’t find any. I thought their quote would be just like the other guys - it was lower. John was polite, professional, informative and great with all the small details. Good communication . Michael and his crew did an AMAZING job on my 2 downstairs bedrooms, living room, dining room, closets and hallways. I called them from a referral from a friend for an estimate and after his professionalism and attentiveness to answering my questions and concerns and his reasonable quote, I decided that I didn't need any other quotes. They did start a day behind schedule but that happens and they made up for that and they did a beautiful job on all my floors and I couldn't have asked for a better team to bring that the beauty of my original hardwood flooring. They even got up some staining that the previous homeowner had in areas. The smell wasn't all that horrible. I was impressed at how Michael communicated the process and such throughout. I already have them scheduled to do my upstairs. Their prices are reasonable, they cleaned up after themselves, and I didn't see any remnants of their trash left in my home. I will highly recommend Floorcraft Designs to anyone that is refinishing their floors. I only had sanding, and buffing and re-polying. And they look to me... new. Great job guys!!!!
