They had a large supply of good looking floors and the installation was done very quickly. The downside is that some of the side boards were a little sloppy and the edges of the stairs have repeatedly come dislodged. We have had the technician come make repairs, with lots of glue and nails, but the stair edges still come off. They claim they are working with the manufacturer to resolve the issue but there's been no action of updates unless I pester them.

Joe took time to come by our house not only to measure, but to provide recommendations and insight so we could make the best decision. And no, he did not recommend the most expensive product. He advised us on what would be durable enough for our very busy household.

This is our second time using Ez floors, and both times we’ve been nothing but impressed. Mario and his team did our install and they killed it. I really appreciate the team at EZ floors. Spending that kind of money is a big time decision and they took a lot of the anxiety away.
