We bought Mannington laminate flooring from Joe for our home in 2023. The price was good and Joe was easy to work with throughout the process. His install crew did a great job, and the flooring looks great. No issues since installation.
We have worked with EZ Floors for years across 7 projects. The most recent project we had the floors done at my parent's house. They worked with us on a tight timeline and got it done much faster than expected. Even in a rush the installers were professional and did an excellent job. Thanks to Jake in the office that made this all happen.
They had a large supply of good looking floors and the installation was done very quickly. The downside is that some of the side boards were a little sloppy and the edges of the stairs have repeatedly come dislodged. We have had the technician come make repairs, with lots of glue and nails, but the stair edges still come off. They claim they are working with the manufacturer to resolve the issue but there's been no action of updates unless I pester them.
Joe was our sales guy, and he was super awesome!!! We got luxury vinyl and carpet installed throughout our house, and we could not be happier.Joe took time to come by our house not only to measure, but to provide recommendations and insight so we could make the best decision. And no, he did not recommend the most expensive product. He advised us on what would be durable enough for our very busy household.This is our second time using Ez floors, and both times we’ve been nothing but impressed. Mario and his team did our install and they killed it. I really appreciate the team at EZ floors. Spending that kind of money is a big time decision and they took a lot of the anxiety away.
