Had to have sub-floor fixed in my guest bathroom. They completed the job in 4 hours and did a fantastic job. They also discovered the reason for my sub-floor for sinking in. I would highly recommend them for any flooring.
Mike, the store manageable was really knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a flooring decision. He made friends with my 83 year old mother who will always want to go visit him when she comes to town:)Mike was terrific about letting me check out samples and then trade them out for others to try in my space. My experience with floors for living was great! I want to thank Mrs Jimmie Palomera for being very helpful and patient while helping us choose the right flooring. installation was smooth and fast and the results look amazing! We highly recommend them!
We had Mike help us with our decision on flooring. Long story short-we had a flooding incident that led us needing to replace a lot of flooring in our home. Not only was Floors for a Living the best ‘bang (pun intended) for our buck’ but the customer service was incredible. Mike acted like he had all the time in the world to help me figure out what I wanted. He was knowledgeable and NEVER pushy. He was personable and helped me work thru some possible issues with the flooring I picked. We have special needs children, one of whom has fragile bones and has needed to be in a wheelchair off and on. He thought of possible future problems there might be with flooring and came up with a solution. Mike was patient as we waited on insurance approvals as well. I was so impressed with his work ethic. I will most definitely be going back for future home improvement projects. For reference, we used Cairo Oak LVP.
We recently had Republic Pure Max-California White LVP flooring installed over our tile floors (1050 sf) Luis was our salesman and he was extremely patient and helpful since we took some time making a decision about color. He provided many samples for us to take home and view. We had an important event coming up with out of town company and Luis arranged the installation quickly to suit our timeline. The crew arrived on time and Fabio was the leader. They were efficient and got a lot done the first day. The second day only one installer stayed but finished by early afternoon. He did great finish work on the white quarter round making sure to paint every raw end and caulk where appropriate. We were happy with the results and love our new floors.
