Great flooring store for your needs. The owner, Mutaz, was very helpful and great person to deal with. He quickly understood the needs and was able to find the best available solution in challenging case. His help was very much appreciated and his customer service is superb. This is definitely a place to go for the floor material needs. A+ service.

Outstanding customer service! I urgently needed a particular wood, width and thickness of a couple of hardwood planks for a sanding and staining job to match and patch my current hardwood on my main floor. The planks I was looking for were discontinued. I called the store and Oday went above and beyond. Lucky for me they had a box in stock and generously gave me the pieces I needed for free and was able to pick them up the same day. Such kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this store and a big thank you to Oday!

I recently replaced the flooring in my condo with Canadian Flooring and was very impressed with their service. Mutaz was very helpful, explaining all the options and helping me choose the right laminate for my unit. Oday and Mutaz made scheduling easy and stress-free. Hussein handled the installation and did an excellent job—his attention to detail really showed, and the finished floor looks clean and well done. Overall, the process was smooth and professional. I highly recommend Canadian Flooring for anyone looking for quality flooring and great service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Canfloor and would not recommend this company for flooring. At the time of purchase, I was told the flooring I selected was in high demand and that I needed to place the order sooner to avoid losing availability. This pushed me to make a fast decision. Then, even extra unopened boxes were not accepted for return, simply because more than 30 days had passed since delivery—despite the delay stemming from the information at the time of purchase. I lost a large sum of money. Moreover, the quality was poor and extremely easy-to-scratch surface. I never had a good customer service. Throughout the process, I expected transparency and a willingness to work toward a reasonable solution. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Canfloor. I would advise others to be cautious, carefully verify information, and consider other flooring companies before making a purchase.

My wife found Canadian Flooring online after we found out we had too long a lead time with Direct Buy. Yuri beat the best price on "Select or Better" that we could find, and matched the colour sample we provided perfectly. Our installer was amazed at the quality and consistency of the product and we were conveniently able to pick up our order in Georgetown. We highly recommend that you speak to Yuri about your flooring needs. Our home renovation was a great success, and we thank Yuri for his support.
