We had Tiptop Flooring refinish our hardwood floors that had been hidden under carpet for decades. The underpad was actually fused to the wood, so it was a challenging job, but Erik managed to remove it completely, save and restore the floor beautifully. The transformation is incredible.Andrei provided a very clear itemized facture and explained the payment model upfront, which made everything transparent and easy to trust. They were also very flexible in scheduling the start of the project based on our needs , which we really appreciated.Overall, their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship were excellent. From the first contact to the job actually being done, Andrei was very helpful with scheduling and explaining the process, as well as very patient when it came to us choosing the final stain. Results speak for themselves, for the price of very cheap vinyl, we have beautiful hardwood floors again!
I was looking to do a quick renovation of the living/dining room that also included changing its chestnut stain floor to a lighter color to brighten it up as this room is rather dark from not getting direct sunlight. I preferred to refinish the existing red oak strip flooring as I like solid hardwood the best and putting new onein would have been expensive. After gathering a few quotes I chose to work with Tip Top Flooring as they had good reviews, offered a competitive price and also happened to be available on the week that I needed.It was great to work with Andrei and Enrique. Andrei is very experienced and knowledgeable and took his time to explain the process and timelines. Our old red oak floor could only be refinished once more as it was quite thin so everything needed to be done right the first time which this team was able to accomplish well. Andrei was very accommodating with regards to the floor treatment products that I asked to apply after looking into the options online, including a rather recent Bona product that required some extra research on his part. The room now looks so much better with a natural color floor.I highly recommend Tip Top Flooring services to anyone.
Andrei and Enrique did a great job refinishing the floor and stairs in my home.
