I bought a new house with all hardwood floors about 2500 sf including stairs that were an absolute mess with scratches and everything. Chris came by on schedule to give an estimate that was more than reasonable. he recommended special sealants to help protect it and different stains to make the wood stand out. There were some deep slits that he would try to get out but if not would need to replace some planks. The job was done in a week, sooner than expected. Chris and his team even were able to get the slits out without having to replace any planks. I highly recommend Chris and Hana Hardwood.
I was incredibly pleased with my interaction, service and quality of workmanship that I received from Chris and his crew at Hana Hardwood. His team helped me plan and execute an entire home floor redo. I wanted to maintain the character of my existing 1950's red oak hardwood floors, but because of a pipe leak I knew I had to get some new floors. Hana Hardwoods was able to refinish the existing bedroom floors while tying it in seamlessly to new hardwood floors in the hall, living room and kitchen. The end product was absolutely beautiful and I'm thrilled with how it turned out.
Great experience. Chris (owner) came out for the estimate and saved us a lot of money by recommending a reasonably priced solution for our mismatched tile lower level floors. Omar (installer/foreman) was exceptionally polite and skilled - left the work area tidy and asked questions to ensure everything was done right. Pricing is competitive. Plan to use for our stairs and hardwood floor installation and will update review after those projects.
