Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. We bought a linoleum floor covering, and nothing went as planned. It might be an isolated case, but I wouldn't recommend it.
They work with orders and it takes a week because I imagine everything is in storage. Anyway, I didn't buy because I wanted the tiles right away. But the staff is professional and helpful.
An excellent store with very professional customer service. A wide selection of beautiful ceramic tiles and flooring at all price points. Special orders also arrive very quickly.
Lack of professionalism, follow-up and rigor, quotes and invoices vary from one order to another, adhesives are $20 to $40 more expensive than elsewhere, the staff is less competent than hardware store salespeople, first and last time we will do business with you!
