I contacted Caroline Chartier with questions about a floating floor in a house laid over a concrete slab. I bought an existing house, and even though the flooring wasn't purchased from Flordeco, she still took a few minutes to answer my questions. It's clear that my next flooring purchases will be at Flordeco!

I had a patio to renovate this summer. It was a real headache for me. After getting quotes, I found myself faced with conflicting recommendations. My family, my loved ones—and even AI—no source could provide me with satisfactory guidance. UNTIL THE DAY I decided to contact Flordeco—Couvre-planchers Magnan. The minute I stepped foot in their store, I knew I'd made the right choice. Generous, patient, and knowledgeable, Caroline Chartier welcomed me with open arms and helped me make my choice calmly and intelligently. Thank you, Caroline!
