Excellent experience. Plenty of choice in store and personalized customer service that allowed me to resolve my issue quickly.
I opted for the turnkey service for my natural stone fireplace (over 20 feet) and I don't regret it at all. The installation by Eric Lupien is simply a masterpiece. You can feel the expertise and attention to detail. If you're looking for quality for a special project, this is the place to go. A huge thank you!
Excellent customer service! A small error with our order was resolved very quickly by the manager, with constant follow-ups. Very satisfied with the experience. I highly recommend them.
Of course I can give more details. The vinyl floor is lifting everywhere and delaminating. Your representative and the manufacturer came to see it and concluded that the installation was at fault, under the pretext that the 12 mm spacing was not respected. However, the installation instructions require 6 mm, and the floor is indeed installed at 7 mm. Despite this evidence, you refuse to honor the 30-year warranty and only offer a discount if we buy another floor from you. Worse still, you suggested we go to small claims court, knowing full well that this is a long and painful process for the customer.
Hello,We spent $4,000 on ceramic tiles and unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory. A store that sells ceramic tiles has three elements to cover: providing advice, calculating the necessary quantity, and verifying the tile dimensions. In our case, two out of three criteria were a failure! The advice was correct, however, the quantity needed was miscalculated, so we had to urgently order additional boxes, which caused further delays! Furthermore, for two types of ceramic tiles for walls and floors, the tile dimensions were not the same! When you sell ceramic tiles, you need to take the time to verify that a 24x24 tile is actually 24x24; it's obvious (photos attached)! Finally, the company has an official page but no way to contact the owner or leave constructive feedback. In short, the company has a lot of work to do in properly training and supervising its employees if it wants to retain its customers.
