Amazing Floors

Had a fantastic experience with Amazing Floors! Great experience from showroom, estimate, sales, and installation. The owners, frank, and installers were all professionals. They did a wonderful job installing. They were on time, tidy, respectful of possessions and furniture. I'm looking forward to starting another project with them! Don't hesitate with Amazing Floors!

Our experience with amazing floors was wonderful. Frank was knowledgeable , and helped point us in the direction we needed. From a simple carpet install, to a large flooring project, I have no doubt him and the staff would be able to knock it out of the park for you. This won't be the last flooring project they will do for me.

I had my bathroom completely refurbished with Amazing floors, let me just say Amazing is the key word. Quality work and a great team to work with. They worked so hard and my bathroom was done in just a few days. Now I have a five star hotel bathroom thanks to these amazing guys. Do not hesitate to use them, they are truly top notch.

Did not have a great experience. Flooring was fine but the team felt overly dismissive and rude when they were installing. I was not the only one at home at the time and the yelling was disruptive. I thought, no big deal, stuff happens. As long as they did a decent job. They did not communicate to me that I should avoid the stairs, and one of the glued on steps got shifted, which was corrected the next day. Fine.

After six or so months, the floor started bulging in one spot. The owner came by and immediately made me feel as if my floor was going to burst in the next 3-4 months and that this was a huge, bad problem and that it was going to be incredibly expensive to fix. He said this was not covered by their warranty because it was a foundational issue, but also would not rip up the floor to confirm without being paid 1.5k minimum for labor.

While I appreciated the prompt response, I did not appreciate the way I was treated during this time. I got a second opinion and was told the timeframe was not as dire as I was initially told. The follow up when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service was the owner telling me that he could no longer help me.

I initially checked out this business because of their stellar reputation and customer service, but I feel that I was not treated with respect and am left now with a bulging floor that cost around 5k and will cost me even more to fix.

I had a great experience with Amazing Floors. Sofia was very kind and helpful. Frank was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist. Euklid was attentive and Genti did a phenomenal job with installation. The team was accommodating and a pleasure to work with. They had a nice selection of flooring to choose from and being able to take samples home was imperative in my decision making. I highly recommend using this company. You won't be disappointed.

This floor business really suits its name, Amazing Floors! I renovated my entire home that was originally carpet to this beautiful light maple wood floor. My house is a ranch-style home and this floor with light walls really opened up the space. Daniel and his partner are very easy to work with. They are very experienced and truly care about the customers satisfaction. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. 10/10 would recommend, the best.
