I’ve had to deal with a lot of sloppy construction over the last 3years and I was worried about this floor remodel but it was the easiest and most comfortable experience ever! We just had our express flooring consult with Alex Abdalmajid. He really was great with us, he asked us questions to get a better understanding of where our heads are with cost, style, and what we don't like about our current floor. Alex wasn't pushy or pressuring, and explained the finances of it all and if any discounts we're offered. He answered all questions and spent time with us. Alex showed us floor samples that consisted of color, texture, and explained what may be best for our busy high traffic household and pets as well as what the floor offered like hypoallergenic, waterproof, pet proof etc,. In the end, we were satisfied, we picked out our floor, booked a date and currently excited about our decision. We purchased this home 2 years ago March 13th and these are the floors that came with the purchase. Mismatched and not a fan but tolerable until ready to update. The experienced Installation team demolitioned the areas required while the flooring was going on. Meticulous to detail under Christian's leadership. I love the new flooring. I absolutely love my new floors. The gentleman that came out to install were quick efficient cleaned up after themselves. I couldn’t be happier with the install and the way my floors turned out, however, when they reinstalled my baseboards the bead of calk that they run along the top in many places look like a 5 year old did it. There are gaps between the wall and baseboard, some areas are smooth and even and in other areas it didn’t even cover to the paint line. There’s is damage to some baseboards and wall trim. Express flooring did a follow up call to see how I like my floors and if I would leave a review. When I sent them pics of the deficiencies they called to set an appointment to come out and fix everything. That appointment was today and as of 12:06 pm on 11/6/2025 I have not heard from them. This is not acceptable! I made arrangements to work from home because they don’t come out on the weekends.
