I went to try and get a similar floor to what i had to patch a damaged part. The recepcionist made it clear she couldn't get the exact same piece but something similar. She showed me some pieces and i let her know my biggest concern was they measured the same which she insisted the pieces she was showing me was a match. I made an order and when trying to install the laminate she sold me was wider. I called the store and they told me to take my piece and the new one. When i arrived she stated i made ut clear we could not get the exact same color i replied the issue was not the color but the width the floor was not locking since one was wider than the other and she stated she would refund me until someone else was like no the requirements to refund blah blah . Which i then replied that she was the professional and did not provide me with the right product . One of her peer workers even confirmed that the new vynil was wider than what i needed. I just feel it was unfair now i have 476°° dlls of product i can't use.
Best place to buy flooring in Tucson. They have a nice clean show room with a wide selection of flooring. As a general contractor we only use prosource. They have the best prices in town.
