So glad we chose Brucke for our flooring!!!! Needed to add flooring in 3 bedrooms of the house we recently purchased. They presented themselves as a "turn-key" operation. They would ensure the floors, replacing the floorboards, painting them, and then cleaning up afterwards. Everyone who worked here was professional, polite, amazingly talented, and thorough.You cannot tell the new floorboards were not part of the original ones in the hallway and the rest of the house. Everything looks amazing, as all our visitors add as well.
Brucke Flooring was our general contractor for a claim having to do with a pipe burst and water damage to five rooms. We had a designated manager, Aaron Talton, and he handled all the details for us, making the whole process as painless as possible (we’re not remodeling enthusiasts).Brucke did a fine job with all of the following:- putting in new flooring, matching new with existing flooring, sanding down and refinishing- selecting reliable subcontractors for plumbing, laying carpet pad and stretching carpet, handling vanities, trim installation and painting, post-job cleaning.- drawing up a master schedule, sticking to it, communicating with the insurer.- always available when we had questions.I know this may read like an ad, but Brucke really does stand out in the world of home repair/ remodel contractors
We had an excellent experience with Brucke flooring. The team that came in took less than 2 days to sand the old, dark wood floors down to their smooth and beautiful natural red oak color. We can not believe how gorgeous they are! We highly recommend Brucke Flooring! Thank you so much to the guys who came out and did such a wonderful job!
All I can do is praise this crew. Great work, timely, and finished a day ahead of time. We had 1200 square feet of new flooring and they refinished another 600 square feet. Started on Monday, had all of the underlayment and new flooring completed by Monday evening. Very very efficient crew. Floors were all sanded, stain applied and the first finish coat by Tues afternoon. One caveat, I did the tearout of the old carpet and had everything prepped and clean for them. They always arrived promptly and other than one minor miscommunication on a time (which was resolved quickly) everything went without a hitch. My old floor was just a little bit different color, although both were red oak, and you would be hard pressed to tell the difference once complete. Oh, and the job came in about $600 less than quoted due to some work that did not have to be done. They could have let that slide and I would never have known the difference. I am very satisfied and will recommend Brucke for sure.
Love our floors! Highly recommend! Travis explained the process and everything from the delivery of the wood, people who placed the plastic protectors, workers who removed tile and baseboards, placed the new wood, sanded the old floors, stained and finished the floors, replacing baseboards and touch up painting and the cleanup crew were Excellent!! Costs were very reasonable. Floors are white oak. Coffee Brown stain with satin finish
