I went to several flooring companies in the Tulsa area before I ended up at MK flooring. I’m so glad I went there. I found the best price the best customer service and the best installation I could’ve ever hoped for. Miguel was awesome at staying in touch and checking on the project from start to finish. My installer Nacho was fabulous! He was very professional and respectful of my property. He did a fantastic job! If I have flooring or tiling needs in the future I will not hesitate to call this company again. They are top notch!
I shopped most of the flooring stores in Tulsa before deciding on doing business with MK Flooring. We weren't sure if we wanted to buy carpet or wood floors. Both Tim and Miguel were great to work with and patient as it took much shopping before we finally decided on engineered wood floors. Their prices were very competitive. Their installer did excellent work and our wooded floors are beautiful. We are very happy with our decision to choose MK Flooring for our flooring needs.
Great customer service! We had a very tight timeline for our flooring to be installed and Miguel and his team delivered. Miguel explained every step of the process, asked our opinion and gave his recommendations in a professional manner to best meet our needs and set expectations. The flooring installation crew was on-time, friendly and clean. Picked up all the trash and material boxes at the end of each day. Miguel came to our house at the end of each day and inspected the job himself. He even cleaned the floors! There were 2 items that needed to be fixed and Miguel ordered the additional parts and the crew returned the following week to fix the issues. Very easy to work with! Have not experienced this high level of customer service in a long time! Thank you MK Flooring, our floors are beautiful and exactly what we wanted!
