FLOORING LIQUIDATORS TERRIBLY BAD POLICY for UNUSED PORTIONS of FLOORING PRODUCT. Even the big box stores will let you return unused product as long as you have a receipt!!! You know that organic "Word of Mouth" advertising is the best! Well on the advice of some friends, we decided to ditch the flooring purchase with one supplier then to purchase our $5600.00 flooring project from FLOORING LIQUIDATORS. Well the wife decided not to do laminate in one of the hall ways and our contractor added a small amount in the event it was needed. So we ended the project with 11 new, unopened, in the original packaging, boxes of flooring. Our friends had returned the unused portion of their flooring with no issues, so we assumed we would be able to as well. NOT the case!!! We were informed that the flooring was a "special order" and that we should try to sell the remaining product on Facebook Marketplace. Now we are STUCK with 11 boxes of new flooring! The FLOORING LIQUIDATORS company has lost me and our friends as future customers and we will use our "word of mouth" influence to guide other potential customers away from FLOORING LIQUIDATORS as well.

The associates are extremely personable and put you at ease immediately. Devin and Carson helped us by sorting through the specs of luxury vinyl plank, laminate and as well as carpet samples. They were patient and understood the importance of taking multiple samples home to compare as well as time to make the best decision for our home and budget as well. Also, they can recommend professional installers if necessary. We decided on beautiful, high quality carpet and pad and are excitedly looking forward to installation less than three days after making our decision. Everything needed was in stock with no need to wait for an order to arrive.
