Southwest Floor Carpet One Floor & Home

We had an excellent experience with Southwest Flooring. Our job was a new construction home with tile showers, floors, backsplash, carpet and glue down vinyl plank. Our salesperson was Lang and she did an exceptional job. She never made us feel rushed and was extremely patient, as I was indecisive at times. She gave her input when asked and always had sound advice. Her communication was also great. We always had a heads up of when product was set to arrive and installation would take place.The install process was seamless and the various installers were very polite and professional. Their work was clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend Southwest Floors to anyone interested in remodeling their home or a newly built home.

When we first walked in to this place, the guy sitting at the front desk was so cold and rude that he really seemed like he hated being there. We got our salesman who was picked by our contractor, I can’t remember his name but he was an old white man with short grey hair. He was meh. Nothing great. But we specified when we needed the floors done soonish, and we were told it was possible. Fast forward to the day we are told they’ll be coming to install, nobody shows. Not a call, email, nothing! So I wait two days, thinking they’re just waiting on supply and giving them the benefit of the doubt. I call on the third day, asking if they were coming, reminding them of the job we paid for before hand, and they got the first person available out here. I have never seen such a rushed, botched job on floors like this. It’s now December, we got them done in August, and my floors are already coming up. For as much as these cost us, they are just horrible. Please make sure if you hire these people, hover over them like hawks and make sure they install your floors properly because this was such a waste of money.

We had the carpet removed and replaced with tile in 3 rooms in the house and tile installed over the concrete floor in the tack room in the stables. Lang was great to work with to pick out the perfect tile. We also had some existing cracked tiles replaced in the kitchen with spare tiles we had saved from construction. The installers were great. They took great care in taking the furniture apart and moving it to remove the carpet. They laid the tile down with precision and the rooms look great. Everything was moved back into place with no damage. We could not have asked for better service.
