Really frustrating experience. Re-doing our kitchen backsplash. Went in and picked everything out, spending over 2 hours of our time that we can’t get back- only to find out the center piece we chose was discontinued. They cannot get product that they had hanging in their showroom. Learned that the manufacturer of this particular product had gone out of business in the U.S. several years prior. Went back a second time, spending over another hour of my time picking something else out. After getting it all picked out, I brought the second displayed sample home to confirm before purchasing-only to find out that it is also discontinued. The store is very crowded and disorganized, making it hard to choose product. Make sure anything you choose is in stock-immediately- before wasting your time. They should consider having someone go through their entire store and discard any and all discontinued products immediately so that their customers don’t experience the same frustration we did-twice. Our salesperson (Kim) was terrific. Otherwise, I can’t say much positive about this store.
We recently needed to replace the floors in our home due to some problems with the floors we had. Peyton and Tiffany did a lot of research for us to make sure that everything was done correctly when installing the new floors. It was quite a big job and William and his crew worked very hard. They were very professional and respectful and they truly worked non-stop to finish the job asap! They arrived Monday morning and worked everyday until early evening until they finished the job on Saturday!! Our new wood floors are beautiful and we are very pleased!! If you need a good designer Peyton has great taste and is very knowledgeable about the products from tile, to wood and carpet! Living in a house while it is being renovated isn't easy but we are very pleased with how everything went and we would absolutely choose Surfaces again!! We highly recommend them!!

The wait time for some materials was adequate for our current situation but quality product was spot on Amanda was very helpful and informative great attitude will shop here again in the future for sure and would recommend to anyone who is doing remodeling or new construction
I can’t praise that company enough! Communication was very easy. My sales person answered all my questions throughout the process, they worked with my work schedule to do the installation, the two guys Daniel and Jose that installed the flooring were hard working, so very courteous, and they cleaned up everywhere there was a mess. I highly recommend Surfaces!
