When looking for flooring, we were first helped at Perry's by Marc and he helped us pick out flooring we loved and he was great to work with. But he went on PTO right after and we didn't get good customer service after that so got 5 other quotes and settled on another installer. Perry's quote was comparable with all the others. Months later when we were ready to pull the trigger on the flooring, I was still having remorse about not going through Perry's so I reached out and learned Marc was back so worked with him again and they ended up installing our flooring. We went with Eternity Sequoia Mineral Peak and couldn't be happier with the installation and final result. As part of our install they had to also level some cracks in the concrete slab foundation. The installers were super fast and efficient. We had a couple concerns after the installation - a couple of low spots where the floor was flexing - but the owner came out and inspected and assured us it was okay and wouldn't be a problem in the future. I also took advantage of Perry's financing special of 12 months same as cash. Thank you to Marc for making this happen for us!
We visited both Upland locations of Perry Floors in Sept. 2025. We made our purchase at the 9th Street showroom. We were lucky to have met Diane Lopez. Diane is wonderful! She was friendly and professional from the start. She knew the products extremely well. We ended up purchasing luxury vinyl flooring. The tile product Diane said was one of her favorites ended up being the one we purchased.Diane walked us through the purchasing process with excellent customer service and follow up. It is always a pleasure to be treated well as a customer because, unfortunately, it is rare these days. I would highly recommend Perry Floors for a wide variety or products and fair prices.
Can’t even begin to say how wonderful Perry Floors is. From Diane in the office who was extremely patient and helpful while I was deciding on floors. The men who installed the floors, Luis, Christian and another gentleman who I didn’t catch his name. They did a great job. To Brian the owner who when we had an issue with floor color and he went out of his way to help. Brian came out the day after floors were finished to make sure everything was good and even helped put felt pads on furniture, etc. I would highly recommend Perry Floors to anyone wanting to do their floors. This company is the BEST. Second time we have had them do flooring for us and both times they were EXCEPTIONAL!!!
We liked this business from the moment we stepped foot in the door. Marc was super helpful from the get go and VERY honest. We literally felt like we were talking to family, which come to find out, this is a family-owned business. I was able to meet one of the owner's (I believe they are brothers) and he was so kind and VERY helpful as well. Marc went out of his way to get us samples and Brian (owner) went out of his way to make sure a step down piece was switched out (colors were a little off). Brian also went out of his way to do a little extra trim work for our cabinets. Much appreciated! Never felt pressure to buy from them. They made our decision very easy and we also felt their pricing was FAIR! Good companies and people still do exist. Install went well and ran on time. I've already recommended them to others. I would hands down use them again, and you should too!
After a water leak we visited Perry Floors after searching for what we wanted. Angie and Brian were amazing. They assured us they could take care of all my worries. AND THEY DID. we have beautiful Luxury vinyl and baseboards through the entire house. The installers were very professional, moved everything, pointed out any problem areas, offered solutions and cleaned up their mess daily. Everyone was responsive to my requests with callbacks, texts, emails and dropping by the house to make sure everything was going smoothly. When cleaning after installation, I texted and Brian came up to the house with a floor cleaner within the hour and actually got down on the floor and sprayed and rubbed the residue.. Humberto and his installation crew were great and communicated daily the expectations. (I needed to move personal items off furniture and beds.) Love the floor, Love the baseboards. Love the service.
