I recently worked with Wally’s Carpet and Tile for new baseboards, porcelain tile, and Pet Shaw carpet. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Our sales rep, Tom, was exceptional—professional, attentive, and made the process easy. Payment and scheduling were easy and transparent.The tile installation was perfect. Juan, Cesar, and Jesus did an amazing job over seven days. They were friendly, hardworking, and matched our new porcelain tile perfectly to our 20-year-old existing tile. I couldn't be happier with their work.The carpet installation was a bit different. While the carpet itself is beautiful, the installers did just an "okay" job. A foundation crack wasn't addressed before laying the carpet, and I can feel the transitions between the foam padding pieces when walking, which suggests they may not have been glued or seamed properly. Though I’m not looking for the hassle of a repair, I hope this helps the company ensure consistency across all teams.Overall, I’d still recommend Wally’s, especially for tile!
Love my floor and the price. Walleys was very professional and answered any questions we had . Will using Walleys for future projects. My kitchen floor came out beautiful.
From start to finish, Ron the salesperson, was very easy to work with and very customer oriented. We negotiated the pricing to our liking and love that I was able to use my credit card without extra charges like other companies. The installers, both named Javier, did an outstanding job and were very courteous, professional, and thoughtful. Overall, an outstanding job from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Wally's carpet to my family and friends.
This is our third time using Wally‘s carpet and tile for our home flooring needs. Chris was very helpful and accommodating with helping us get our final flooring project taken care of. When we called him out to measure and give us an estimate, we were so happy to find out that the floor we had put in a couple of years ago was still available. We finally decided to tear out all the carpet and put in the same flooring that we had put in a couple of years ago in our kitchen, bathrooms, and dining room. We are so grateful to Wally’s Carpet and their team for making this project so easy and affordable for us. Santiago, Santiago Junior, and their team did such a beautiful job on our hard floors and made sure it was installed perfectly and matched up with the other flooring that we already had in place. They left everything neat and orderly, and even moved all of our furniture back into place when they were done, which we appreciated more than we can say!Jose came to install carpet in the two bedrooms and got it done so quickly, all in one day. He made sure to vacuum, sweep and clean up any mess that happened with the installation. We highly recommend Wally‘s to anyone who is looking to have any type of flooring project done, they are highly professional, and their team of people are skilled, knowledgeable, respectful and got the job done professionally, quickly and with zero issues! First time purchasing carpet and I had the best experience. Chris made it very easy and explained everything to me every step of the way. Much faster and better pricing than any large companies had quoted me. Installation was fast and sufficient. They were very helpful and moved anything we needed. Looks and feels like a new home.
