Angel the floor installer did a beautiful job on my kitchen floors. He was very considerate explained everything he was doing was a pleasure to have him in my home. he even gave me some great ideas for a few decorations to enhancer the looks of my home

I am a repeat customer so obviously I have been very happy with the outcome each and every time. Sherri is wonderful, not pushy at all and really listened. I gave her an idea of what I was looking for and with her experience and knowledge I was finally able to make a decision, but not before completely changing colors three different times. Sherri was a huge help and even dropped off a few samples at my home.

Her installation team, Luiz and his assistant were great also. They were professional, very courteous, competent and efficient. I could not have been happier with the outcome.

Customer service at the highest level from everyone involved. Would highly recommend! FIVE STARS!!!!!

I didn't use their services, but they were very professional and told us their professional opinion. They are very honest and care about our property/project. They were realistic with the pricing/situation. They were not sharks and trying to get us to buy an entire project's worth of flooring. We were looking for not a long term solution since it was only a 5x6 fix, not replacing the whole property's flooring.

I highly recommend looking into them! If and when our flooring needs a full replacement, we will have Floortex in mind!

We hired Abby Floortex Design 900 Merchant Street Vacaville Ca. 95688 to replace all flooring in the entire house $30,281.00 during the process the installer suggested instead of putting the baseboards he removed back on the wall after installing the floor that if we paid for new baseboards $400.00 and 5 gallons paint $260.00 he would pick them up take them to his shop and paint them, he told us it would be a much cleaner nicer looking job we agreed and thanked him for the suggestion, he recommended what type of paint to order and where to buy it which we did, he ordered and picked up the baseboards, we gave him the paint he picked up the baseboard using our credit card number, 3 weeks after baseboards were put back on the wall our painters started the painting process using blue painters tape the painters advised us when removing the tape the paint was coming off the baseboards in strips, when we asked Abby Floortex about it we were told by the sales representative that the deal was made between the installer and myself not with Floortex when I stated that the installer represents Floortex at that point the Floortex Design representative said she would look into it with the owner, a few days later I received an email saying that the owner of Floortex met with the installer and the sales representative and the decision was made that Floortex had met their contractual obligation to detach and reset the baseboard only and it is very unfortunate what happened to your baseboards and that it has caused me to be displeased with Floortex, basically saying they are not concerned about my dis-satisfaction of them not standing behind their promise of a warranty on the workmanship and the quality of their work, prior to the issue with the baseboards peeling we did a walk through with the installer we noticed some issues which he corrected right away, he also mentioned that if we find anything else afterwards we do have a warranty period and all we would need to do is call the sales representative which we did and were denied, we did not ask that all the base boards be repainted just sand and repaint where the paint peeled, while there were roadblocks that came up during the installation process the installer did a very good job of keeping us informed and found work around's to complete each task, we were very pleased with the entire experience until our conversation about the baseboards peeling, now we are not happy with the overall outcome of the job primarily because Floortex did not follow through with the promises made by the installer that Floortex sent to our home, no ownership or responsibility taken, so now we are hiring a painter to come and do the baseboard painting properly.
