I love this company, their customer service and work is amazing! They have done multiple jobs for me and I truly can't decide if their carpet, tile, hardwood, or even LVT work is better. They take pride in their work and are detailed in their craft, ensuring even the most simple and tedious tasks are done with precision. The finished trim workand final product is a work of art. I hope everyone who needs flooring work completed or work to be done gets to have Harry's do their job. They won't be unhappy!
I am truly amazed at the work and skill that I received through Harry's carpets and couldn't be more blessed that I found this business. The moment I stepped foot in their store I knew that I was going to be happy, and the issues I had been dealing with from multiple other contractors and flooring companies were not going to be an issue anymore. I had a specialty flooring issue, and it was even bigger after all the shipment and delay problems that have been created since Covid began and has ended.But even with it all, I was provided updates regularly, and kept informed about the shipment, and receipt of my flooring. I absolutely love the hardwood floor that they installed for me, and the detail that their team put into cutting and installing my trim afterwards is impeccable. I walk through my home and love looking at the new floor, and truly can't wait for future work and upgrades to be done. I will be taking all of my business to Harry's Carpet and their team from now on. I recommend them to anyone that has any flooring needs, and I promise they will not only treat you like family but they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy!They are beyond what I would have ever expected and on top of it all when it comes to customer service!Thank you Harry's Carpet and their team!
We had a generally poor experience with Harry's carpet. Harry himself was friendly and helpful to work with. Unfortunately that's about when our good experience stopped. The installers showed up in a truck that was not the same company. I didn't know that harry used sub contractors so that was our first shock.The contractors were generally good but the communication between the contractors, through Harry's and back to me was painful. The quote that the contractors were given showed the LVP in an orientation that was 90 degrees off and were initially installing it incorrectly. That was an error on Harry's part and if I wasn't there to catch it, they would have installed an entire room sideways. We had carpet perviously so the house needed quite a bit of leveling to accept the LVP. The contractors did a great job on the first few rooms but as the day went on, I could tell that they were getting less and less concerned with how level the floor was and started to just put LVP down to stay on schedule. That lead to some wobbly floors upon completion.The contractors didn't complete the job on time so we rescheduled with Harrys' to a different day in the afternoon. The contractor showed up the next day at 7am. We then had an appointment to fix a piece of trim that was installed incorrectly and the contractors showed up at an unscheduled time again! Fast forward to a year later and the same piece of trim that was installed incorrectly and was repaired twice has broken off. After a month of calls and emails trying to get it repaired we gave up on Harry's and are fixing it ourselves. Would not recommend.
