Great experience working with NW Surfaces.Good prices, quality products, and great customer service. The flooring we chose was too dark once we got it home. Thought we were stuck with it but with one phone call to Vadim, he said no problem exchanging it for a lighter product. We were so thankful. The installer that he recommended did an excellent job as well. He Was great to work with. We would highly recommend NW Surfaces! (White oak wide plank)
A little late at writing this review…. I have purchased flooring from this company on 3 separate occasions so far for my various projects and each time I have been happy to receive great pricing/product each time. By far better prices than what I can seem to find in Portland which is what keeps me coming back. I love the ever changing selection of inventory as well, something new to see each time I am in.There is a special situation this last time in mid-February when I purchased some maple hardwood from Vadim(owner) that really stood out to me and made the frustrating situation turn out to be a happy one!! I rented a truck from a big box store to go pick up many Sqft of hardwoods from this company to then find out the big box stores rental truck couldn’t handle the weight. It was then when Vadim saved the day by offering to deliver the hardwoods to the Beaverton location where I needed it for a small charge. This was on a weekend and same day! He even helped unload the flooring to its final destination. That really stood out to me for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this floor store in more ways than one!
