Canadian Flooring & Renovations

We’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Mo, Kasra, and Pouya from DBA Canadian Flooring & Renovations on more than three deconstruction and asbestos abatement projects, and the experience has been excellent every time. Their team is highly professional, well-organized, and very knowledgeable in their field. Their clear communication and strong coordination throughout each project made a significant difference and helped everything run smoothly. We truly appreciate their reliability and workmanship, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and dependable team.

We would like to thank the entire crew and all trades (electricians, plumbers, painters, tilers, etc) that made our renovation come to fruition. It all started with Pouya coming to price the project. Pouya’s detail oriented and professional manner made us feel these were the people we would entrust our house and renovation job to. We interviewed four different contracting companies and decided that Canadian Flooring & Renovations was the company for our project. Our renovation consisted of a complete interior renovation kitchen, hardwood floors, master bedroom & bathroom, powder room, fireplace. We had renovated 3 houses in our past but this was the largest one we did at one time. Now finished and living in our beautifully renovated home we can say we definitely picked the right people and company for the job. Integrity is the word that comes to mind and Pouya, the owners and trades were all professional, highly skilled and honest people. As with any large renovation stressful moments and difficulties come up. All of the challenges were resolved to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Canadian Flooring & Renovations. T & D Manuel

Mo and his team did a great reno for is last year. We did three full bathroom remodels plus floors, lighting, new ceilings (with soundproofing) and painting on our suite. His team was prompt, courteous, and finished on time and within the agreed budget. Mo himself is probably one of the nicest people I’ve met, and has been very responsive with follow up items even a months after we finished up. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

This is my second time working with Canadian Flooring and Renovations, and once again, they knocked it out of the park. They took care of the entire renovation from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their showroom on West Broadway is fantastic—great variety and lots of inspiration. Huge thanks to Pouya for being such a great help throughout. He’s super knowledgeable, friendly, and always made sure I had everything I needed. Also, a big shoutout to Kas, the project manager, who kept everything organized and running on schedule. The attention to detail and quality of work really shows. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Mo and the team at Canadian Flooring & Renovations are professional, skilled, and deliver what’s promised on budget! They Reno’d our primary bathroom from top to bottom and the end result was a beautiful space. Very shortly following this project, we moved and have already had MO’s team replace carpet on our stairs, and planning is underway for another bathroom project. We have really appreciated the transparency on timelines, budget, attention to detail and all around excellent service.
