We had a great experience working with Dov. He was very patient and attentive, giving us his time freely. After exchanging a number of back and forth emails and calls, we finally came into the store for a visit, which had a lot of options to choose from. Dov was ready with everything we discussed to help tailor our experience. He spent over two hours with us walking through our options and the key points to consider. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never pressured us. You can truly tell he cares about helping customers make the right decision without pushing any agendas. Highly recommend this store for flooring and working with Dov in particular.

Invision Hardwood and Decor has a wonderful selection in the store. Dov took a lot of time on two occasions to assist with narrowing down the possibilities to three, which I borrowed to look at in my home. Roy measured the rooms and assured me that I had made an excellent choice in hardwoods. He looked after ordering the materials, including the stain for the stairs. Roy also suggested that the rickety railing in the kitchen should be replaced. Matt and Matt did an excellent job removing the old flooring and installing the new flooring. The result is simply gorgeous. Invision Hardwood and Decor is an excellent, reliable company. The stairs, the railing and the floors are beautiful. The workmanship is outstanding.
