We had a very disappointing experience with Norv at Carpeteria. He initially said he would come out to measure our property for new carpet, but never showed up—and we only found out he wasn’t coming after we called him ourselves. When we followed up, he told us we needed to pick out a carpet material before he would even come measure, which was never mentioned before. On top of that, he was rude and dismissive over the phone. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and we would not recommend working with Norv or this location.

Norv and Umberto were both honest and easy to work with.....in contrast to the other store nearby. They even offered up an upcoming holiday discount that we didn't know about. We were happy with the price before the discount. I really appreciate that. Their price was about 50% less than the other guys for carpet we liked better. We'll never go anywhere else again.
Look no further. They did an amazing job installing carpet and luxury vinyl in our home. Humberto helped me with the selection and he was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Their pricing is very competitive and there was so much care with the install. Perfection! Very timely as well.
