The Tile Guy Flooring & Renovations

The Tile Guys are awesome! They did a beautiful job on our laminate flooring and bathroom reno - and this was our second time contracting them. They communicated well, kept the space clean, and worked efficiently. And they were great with my dog ??

Our experience with the Tile Guy could not have been smoother. The contrast between the Tile Guy and our general contractor who had delayed a half finished kitchen project and was nowhere to be found for much of the summer was unbelievable. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and did perfect work; they even organized the plumber for us??. I highly recommend all the staff , from the sales team to the billing department. They went out of their way to ease the completion of our kitchen- highly recommend!!

The Tile Guy, Owned by Eric, is far more than tiles. I just had our bathroom renovated by The Tile Guy. From the ladies, Kirsten, Cathy and Andrea in the front end to welcome you into the showroom with their smiles and genuine warmth, knowledge and ability to make you feel at ease. Steve, the project manager, went over how the renovation would proceed and a timeline of work progress. Sean, the cabinet maker and designer was a master at making a dream come to fruition. With Andrew helping move pieces in and out made it a safe environment to work in. Lesmon, the tile setter and grouter did magic with the setting of the tiles and grout work. The black grout made the tiles pop. Gerry, the drywaller, painter and general labourer made the room come to life. This was a crew of people who worked together to make the final product a room changer. ( No pun intended) I would absolutely recommend The Tile Guy for any renovation, repair or a start to finish build.

We can’t recommend The Tile Guy enough! We first met Justin who showed us which products would work the best for our room, considering our lifestyle, and what we ultimately needed in a floor. He came by to check how the surface was prepped to make sure the type of flooring we wanted to choose (vinyl click tile) could be installed, and the finished product would meet our expectations. Cathy was fantastic, and provided recommendations on colours, textures and dimensions based on photos of the space, and brought samples that we could lay out before making a commitment. Steve came by to help get us started with the install, and provided tips and tricks we wouldn’t have otherwise known, and it made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a more supportive, knowledgeable, honest, or professional team to have helped us with this renovation! We are so happy with the results, and would definitely trust Erik’s team to do it again.

The Tile Guy was amazing to work with during our home renovation! Their team worked hard to keep us on schedule. Impeccable attention to detail for our ensuite including a new custom tile shower. The kitchen backsplash ties in brilliantly with our cabinets and counters. Our basement vinyl plank flooring looks amazing. The whole team is friendly, professional and we couldn't be happier with the results! Would highly recommend The Tile Guy for any size renovation!
