We had a very positive experience with Hourigans team of Zech , Behrouz, and Omar. Luxury vinyl upstairs and carpet on the stairs in our townhouse was installed. Zech gave us excellent advice , was very pleasant to work with and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. Omar was very effective laying the carpet on the stairs.The installer Behrouz was fabulous. He is an excellent example of great customer service…talked us through his plans, dealt with all our questions, always respectful, an extremely hard worker..overall very professional. His work is flawless…from leveling our wonky floors …no squeaks anymore! To installing the luxury vinyl and baseboards, all with much attention to detail. A very talented installer/ carpenter. We would recommend him and this team for any job!
We recently worked with Hourigan’s Flooring and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our representative, Jacques, was fantastic from the very first moment. Our home is a renovation requiring extensive floor leveling and major prep work, and the craftsmanship he delivered was incredible. After 12 years we decided to replace the carpeting in the Living room and Dining room with hardwood. We also wanted to replace a carpet in a separate sewing room that suffered from a painting accident that was covered by a rug. We were uncertain about what flooring we would use due the wood ceiling and natural wood support posts that were already in place. we received excellent advice from Jacques (who also came to our island to do the measurement) and are very happy with the results of both the wood selection and the carpet selection. Kelly did a wonderful job on the carpet as he was in and out in matter of hours. I can't say enough about the work that Behrouz did with the hardwood. The Dining room was two steps down from the Kitchen and the Living room was one step up from the Dining room. We were very concerned about how the transitions would look. The floors were also not perfectly level with gapslow spots of half and inch or more in some locations. Behrouz calmly walked us through his thoughts and we agreed with his plans. He levelled the floors and provided custom Bull nosing and transition areas from the Kitchen and around the tiled fireplace. We could not be more pleased.
My condo had uneven flooring with a variety of layered tile, hardwood and carpet. Hourigans brought in Behrouz who did an amazing job. He made sure the double check and clarify every step and at the end walked through everything done and made sure it was to my liking. I am very happy with the outcome.
My suite had the most uneven floors. It was built in the 60's. Jennifer the sales person knew it would be a difficult job. Hourigans brought in Troy from 660 Hardwood. Troy did a fantastic job! The floor looks fabulous. Thankyou so much.
