We heard about Josue and 3A Flooring on the recommendation of our friends and neighbors, and he exceeded our expectations in every way. Josue was always responsive, informative, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished product, alerting us of any potential issues ahead of time, and tirelessly worked with us, picking individual floor boards to blend with the existing flooring we had to match perfectly. When we hit the inevitable bumps in the road that come up during a renovation and it delayed the start of our flooring installation, he shifted his schedule around, worked longer days, on weekends, and did all he could to help us move in on time. He follows through on his word, has a strong work ethic, always has a smile on his face, and is a pleasure to work with. We are grateful to have worked with him and recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for beautiful work.
