Lauren Maus has been our rep on a number of projects and she's a top professional in her knowledge of flooring, customer service and follow-through. We know we can always depend on her to give us her honest opinion of what may or may not work and why. That's huge when you're trying to make a decision on how to get the best bang for your buck in flooring. The whole Tri-City team is exceptional, including the installers!! I recently worked with TriCity Carpet in Vista, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. I’ve purchased flooring from them in the past and have always been impressed. Looking back, I’m SO disappointed that we didn’t use them for the installation as well. After this experience, we will never hesitate to use them for any flooring needs.

Matt helped me with the whole plan to redo the flooring in my mother’s mobile home, which ended up having several unexpected issues. He went above and beyond to help us navigate every obstacle, staying incredibly responsive, proactive, and reassuring throughout the entire process.

He kept our budget in mind and did everything he could to make the project work for us without sacrificing quality. The installation crew was equally impressive, skilled, thorough, and genuinely helpful. They worked efficiently and got the job done much faster than we expected.

The new flooring looks amazing and has made a huge difference in the home. We are extremely pleased with the results and truly grateful for the exceptional service. I highly recommend TriCity Carpet to anyone looking for honest, high-quality flooring work!
