Genuinely cannot recommend these guys enough! Very knowledgeable, quick to respond, reasonable prices! We had a different contractor who seriously messed up our floors. I called Artistic Hardwood Floors and he politely explained what they did wrong. In two days they fully redid everything! They did such a good job fixing the upstairs that we had them do the downstairs from start to finish instead of the other guys.
Sergio and his team at Artistic Hardwood Floors did a fantastic job refinishing our hardwood floors. It was easy to schedule and they were right on time to start the job, which included moving all of the furniture out so that they could do the floors. They were very careful with the furniture and protected anything left with plastic. Dust from sanding was minimal and they used the highest quality finish. The price for the service was excellent, the work was done quickly and efficiently and the floors look better than when they were installed 23 years ago.
Sergio, Marvin and the team were fantastic. We are so pleased with how of 125 year old floors that had never been refinished before turned out! They are truly experts at restoring old, antique floors.They were always punctual and completed the job efficiently so we could get back into our apartment quickly. The team helped us move the furniture back into place and added some lovely thresholds that match our antique pine floors. The repairs they did on various parts of the floor and in an area that was filled in with concrete looks fantastic.
